1989
创建北京海淀蔬菜雕刻学校，专门开展食品雕刻培训。
Beijing Haidian Vegetable Carving School was founded, specializing in food carving training.
1992
学校更名为北京蘑菇视频网站入口美食学校，正式开办中式烹调师、中式面点师专业培训。邀请北京饭店烹饪大师黄子云、粤菜大师康辉、面点大师常俊生亲临授课，受到社会各界关注。
Renamed Beijing Tangren Culinary School, the school launched professional programs in Chinese cooking and pastry. Masters Huang Ziyun, Kang Hui and Chang Junsheng from Beijing Hotel were invited to teach.
1995
推出“勤工俭学”教学模式，让学员在学习之余参与工作，兼顾经济收入与技能实践。
A work-study model was introduced, helping students earn an income while putting their culinary training into practice.
1997
随文化部扶贫下乡，赴山西省静乐县，为40余名贫困家庭子女免费组织培训，并帮助他们在北京就业。
As part of a Ministry of Culture poverty alleviation program, the school provided free training to over 40 young people from low-income families in Jingle County, Shanxi, and helped them find employment in Beijing.
2003
成立军地两用人才培训基地，每年为驻京部队培养餐饮专业人才。
A military and civilian vocational training base was established to train culinary personnel for military units in Beijing.
2004
承办北京市劳动局举办的北京职业技能大赛海淀赛区比赛。
The school hosted the Haidian district competition of the Beijing Vocational Skills Competition, organized by the Beijing Municipal Labor Bureau.
2005
与北京现代教育报共同开展营养配餐培训，并举办关于中华传统膳食科学与文化内涵的大型演讲会。
In collaboration with Beijing Modern Education News, the school offered nutrition-focused catering training and held a public lecture on the science and culture of traditional Chinese diets.
2006
多次参与北京市各类美食节活动，开展烹饪技艺展示与交流。
The school took part in food festivals across Beijing, sharing culinary skills and connecting with the wider food community.
2007
参加迎奥运中关村国际美食节。8月至12月，为本市45家餐饮企业的外地务工人员提供免费培训。参加海淀区民政局、社团办、饮食行业协会举办的“烹饪进社区”活动，由专业教师向居民传播健康饮食知识。
The school participated in the Zhongguancun International Food Festival in the run-up to the Olympics. From August to December, it provided free training for migrant workers at 45 catering businesses and joined community cooking initiatives to share healthy eating knowledge.
2007
组织编写并出版《蘑菇视频网站入口美食系列丛书》，共14册专业图书。
The school compiled and published the Tangren Gourmet Series, a collection of 14 professional culinary books.
2008
承接海淀区社区好家庭烹饪大赛决赛工作。
The school organized the finals of the Haidian District Community Family Cooking Competition.
2009
召集北京14家老字号餐饮企业厨师长，开展为期半年的招牌菜展示活动。同年5月，与北京大学学生会共同举办“烹饪进校园”活动。
Head chefs from 14 time-honored Beijing restaurants joined a six-month signature-dish showcase. In May, the school partnered with the Peking University Student ｕｎｉｏｎ to bring cooking activities onto campus.
2010.11
与北京中关村学院共同开展“厨艺进社区”活动，成功举办11期家庭厨艺风采大赛。
Working with Beijing Zhongguancun College, the school brought culinary activities into local communities and held 11 editions of the Family Culinary Skills Competition.
2013
开办餐饮业创业培训课程，支持餐饮小微创业。
Entrepreneurship training was introduced to support small and micro businesses in the catering industry.
2015
面向企事业单位食堂开展多专业、多领域的送教上门活动，帮助团队更新烹饪技术。
On-site training across multiple culinary specialties helped kitchen teams at businesses and public institutions update their skills.
2018
推进“食育进校园”活动，面向小学生推广中华传统饮食文化与美食制作课程。
Food education programs introduced primary school students to traditional Chinese food culture and hands-on cooking.
2019.06
与韩国慧田大学签订战略合作协议，共同推动中韩餐饮文化的传播与发展。
A strategic cooperation agreement with Hyejeon University in South Korea supported cultural exchange and the development of Chinese and Korean culinary traditions.
2019—2026
重点拓展家庭厨艺培训，面向职业学习者与美食爱好者开放。打造适合家庭烹饪的教学空间，让更多人在学习与交流中，把美食带回日常生活。
Home cooking programs expanded to welcome both career-focused learners and food enthusiasts. Dedicated teaching spaces offered more opportunities to learn, share and bring culinary skills into everyday life.
